SWEDISH MASSAGE
During this technique you will experience light massage strokes which will lull you into a state of relaxation. Let your worries fall away and enjoy the tranquility of peace for the time being.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Some days, your body tells you exactly what it needs. When that happens, we can dedicate the entire session to that one area of concern. I’ll begin with a focused assessment to understand what’s going on, then create a targeted treatment that supports your healing, eases discomfort, and restores ease of movement.
REIKI SESSIONS
Something you may not know—I am a Reiki Master Practitioner. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves placing the hands just above or lightly on the body to encourage balance and relaxation. It’s a gentle yet powerful way to reduce stress, promote deep calm, and support your body’s natural healing. During the session, you remain fully clothed while receiving this soothing treatment.
(Recommended session length 60 or 90 min)
MASSAGE CUPPING
This therapeutic technique uses soft silicone cups to gently lift the skin and underlying tissues, helping to relieve muscle tension and discomfort. The cups may be placed stationary or moved across the skin. Cupping is offered during sessions as needed, at no additional cost.

COMBO SESSION - MASSAGE AND REIKI
Over the years many of my clients have found Reiki to be invaluable during their massage sessions. So I have begun to regularly incorporate Reiki into treatment sessions (if the client would like) and it has been a wonderful addition to my toolbox. If this is something you would like to try out I have Combo treatments that you can schedule specifically to combine Reiki with your massage.

HOT STONE MASSAGE
Come relax and enjoy the benefits of a hot stone massage. Smooth volcanic basalt stones are warmed and used during the massage as an extension of my hands to release tight muscles allowing for increased relaxation and blood flow to the warmed area. You will feel amazing after this treatment.

THE WORKS
THE WORKS is a special treatment offering which incorporates all of the massage techniques that I have learned through the years, Reiki and Hot Stone all in one session. This treatment is dedicated to my good friend Fred G. who inspired me to create this offering. He could never pick just one thing out of my list, he wanted massage for his aches and pains, hot stone for relaxation and Reiki because it is amazing. So if you want it all wrapped up in a beautiful experience then THE WORKS treatment is for you.
