When you come in for a massage or Reiki session, your treatment is always personalized to your needs.

Whether you’re looking to deeply relax and unplug, ease aches and pains, calm anxiety, recover from a tough workout, or find relief from chronic tension in your neck, back, or elsewhere, every body—and every session—is unique.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

A customized, results-focused treatment designed to address pain, tension, and restricted movement while supporting overall relaxation and well-being. Each session begins with an assessment and is tailored to your body’s needs that day. Techniques may include Swedish massage, deep tissue work without excessive pressure, orthopedic approaches, cupping, and Reiki when appropriate and desired. The focus is on easing pain, improving mobility, and helping you leave feeling relaxed, supported, and moving with greater ease.

REIKI SESSIONS

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique using light or no touch to encourage balance and relaxation. It’s a gentle yet powerful way to reduce stress, promote deep calm, and support your body’s natural healing. During the session, you remain fully clothed while receiving this soothing treatment. Reiki may also be combined with therapeutic massage for a deeper, more integrated experience.

(Recommended session length 60 or 90 min)

MASSAGE CUPPING

This therapeutic technique uses soft silicone cups to gently lift the skin and underlying tissues, helping to relieve muscle tension and discomfort. The cups may be placed stationary or moved across the skin. Cupping is offered during sessions as needed, at no additional cost.

HOT STONE ADD ON

Smooth, heated stones are incorporated into your massage to help relax muscles, improve circulation, and enhance overall relaxation. The gentle warmth allows deeper work with less pressure, making this add-on especially helpful for relieving tension and promoting a deeply soothing experience.

Note: My service menu is changing. You can still book combo massage/Reiki treatments, hot stone massages, and all other options through February 28, 2026, on my booking page.
